My name is Faisal.

Before OakBark, I spent more than eight years working as a civil engineer on construction sites.

Every day, I was surrounded by concrete, steel, and large-scale projects. Yet I found myself drawn to something completely different: craftsmanship.

In 2020, I made a decision that surprised many people around me.

I left engineering and started building leather goods by hand.

Not because it was easier.

Not because it was more profitable.

But because I wanted to create something tangible. Something personal. Something that would age beautifully and remain useful for years.

That decision became OakBark.

Today, every OakBark piece starts with carefully selected full-grain leather sourced from trusted tanneries. We work with leathers chosen not only for how they look on day one, but for how they will look years later.

Scratches, marks, and character are not flaws to us.

They are part of the story.

Unlike mass-produced accessories, our products are made in small batches and crafted with attention to every detail. Every cut, stitch, edge, and finish reflects the belief that quality should never be rushed.
