Overall, I would rate my experience a 70 out of 100 for the following reasons:
1. The belt was delivered on time.
2. The requested size specifications were met perfectly.
3. However, the inside of the belt has shown significant wear after a short period, which is disappointing. I previously owned a similar genuine leather belt that lasted nearly four years in excellent condition, even with regular use and careful storage.
4. In my opinion, the price is reasonable.
From my perspective, there is room for improvement in durability. As a business, I believe you have the expertise to enhance the product’s longevity.
Additionally, I received the brown belt edition with minor damages. It raises concerns about the thoroughness of your quality control process. I understand that I could have requested a replacement, but sometimes customers simply don’t have the time to go through the complaint process.
